After his first photography class freshmen year of high school in 2017, he knew that he wanted to be a photographer. Then taking three more years of photography classes and challenging the teacher to teach him new concepts, he won the 1st purchase prize at the end of year student art exhibition his senior year. Thus solidifying his confidence as a photographer and feeling well prepared for college.
Getting to Drexel and with the freedom to choose his own projects (and maybe not being stuck on Hill's campus) he found a unique interest in photographing abandoned structures. For Drexel's Co-op, he worked with the University of Pennsylvania as a sports and events photographer. Which is where he found a love for sports photography.
